Sasmi Yachts offers luxury yacht charters, private and corporate event hosting, bespoke catering, and coastal cruising experiences across Dubai Marina and the Arabian Gulf. All bookings are subject to availability, vessel operational clearance, and weather safety conditions.
Clients are required to provide complete and accurate information necessary for maritime manifest registration, passenger identification, and safety protocol compliance prior to embarkation.
Every charter is bespoke. Our recommendations and bookings are based on information provided during inquiry. We strive to provide transparent vessel specifications, pricing structures, and departure timings.
Charter fees, payment schedules, and billing terms will be agreed upon in advance. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified in your charter agreement.
Cruising times and boarding windows are strictly adhered to. We advise guests to arrive 15–20 minutes prior to departure at Dubai Marina to ensure smooth security check-in and embarkation.
All media, imagery, brand assets, logos, vessel photography, and editorial copy on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sasmi Yachts and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
Sasmi Yachts values your privacy. All personal and charter information shared during inquiries or bookings will be handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
Our charter experiences may coordinate with trusted third-party providers for catering, live entertainment, DJ services, or water sports. Sasmi Yachts ensures partner quality but operates under standard maritime supplier provisions.
While our crew and captain endeavor to deliver an unmatched 5-star experience, maritime conditions such as unforeseen weather changes, sea currents, or coastal coastguard directives may require adjustments to the designated route.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE Maritime Law, Sasmi Yachts and its operators shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen weather delays or passenger non-compliance with safety instructions.
All guests must adhere to the captain’s safety directives, maritime regulations, and emergency procedures. Smoking is permitted only in designated open-air areas. Illegal substances and hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
Reviews, feedback, or media voluntarily shared with Sasmi Yachts may be showcased on our website or social media channels to celebrate memorable experiences on the water.
Cancellations made 72 hours prior to scheduled departure are eligible for rescheduling or refund per agreement terms. Weather-related cancellations mandated by the Dubai Coast Guard will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and protect your information.
Sasmi Yachts reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services signifies acceptance of updated terms.
